When you run this in an actual browser, this creates a cookie called PHPSESSID. So I assumed that WebDriver also creates it. But am not sure anymore ... but can't find any documentation on it.
The index.php also has other DOM elements, which I have tested in separate tests and they work, so it is not about not finding index.php or it not being loaded for some reason. I believe it has something to do whether/how the cookie gets created.
I don't do anything after
$I->seeCookie('PHPSESSID');. That is a stand alone test of 2 lines.
I initially wanted to test my login and language settings, but it is failing all the time, so I was wondering if the cookie gets created, which is why I am running the above two lines test, that also fails.
My question is:
When I run
session_start () in my index.php, does WebDriver create the cookie, or do I have to, for some reason still use
setCookie? Where can I find this info?
